We don't have any issues with parents being close while class is in progress, as long as their faces are not seen on camera or they are doing nothing to disturb the lesson. In fact, we recommend that parents be close for lessons for children ages 3 to 5 for many reasons. Read why here.

Technical problems can come from the teacher, the students, or the teacher. enlightall.com system. For a short-lived technical problem, teachers are expected to devote extra time to the time lost due to the problem. Time can be given within the lesson, in the next lesson, or as a collective of all the setbacks in a single lesson.
